NT doesn't bundle a mail server, that would hurt M$ Exchange sales. IIS 4.0
includes an SMTP server but that only helps with the sending, not receiving.
There are a number of shareware/trial version mail servers for NT, here's a
link to a list of some: <http://www.winfiles.com/apps/nt/servers-mail.html>

Yes, that's probably a good idea. OTOH, it's pretty easy to set up Eudora
Light (free, Mac & Win) to access multiple email accounts from a single
computer. On the Mac you just have to quit and start up using a different
settings file/mailbox set. On Windows you have shortcuts pointing to not
just the program but also the directory with the settings/mailbox set.
