To prevent NT from becoming the Master Browser in an primarily 95 network,
turn off the Computer Browser service by going to Control Panel/Services,
selecting the Computer Browser service, and pressing the "Stop" button. Set
the service type to be "Manual" instead of "Automatic" if you don't want the
service to start up the next time you kick off VPC.

NT's functionality will not be impaired in any way by doing this.
