What do you mean by turning on Appletalk on the printer and
bypassing the NT server?? I can connect my powerbook to our postscript HP5
printer with a serial cable and print, but am not able to print anything by
means of a network connection. Nothing shows up in the chooser. b.t.w. Our
administrator refuses to load the network services for macintosh on our NT4
server and I do not have (or want to use) Dave. Any suggestions?
