[WinMac] Sending Mac Word Files w/Pics

I am having trouble when I send a Mac Word 98 file to a Win Word 97 person.
I created some templates that have her logo in theme. I see and print fine,
but after I email them to her she the logo isn't showing up.

Also on one of the templates the logo is printing and looks fuzzy on the
monitor too. It is the same pic I used on the other templates and they look
find.

I know this might be MS, but it is making me look bad.
