[WinMac] Burning dual-platform CD-ROMs

I use Toast 3.5 on the Mac to burn hybrid CD's, both Mac HFS and ISO. If the
files follow the PC naming conventions the data is only burnt once, which
means we can get near 650 MB of data on the CD and both PC and Mac clients
are happy.
It works a treat. - g
