Actually the workaround fot that is not to capture the LPR port of the
printer when you set it up on the NT workstations or servers (uncheck the
Capture port checkbox) after you've done that (you need to do it on every
NT Workstation that has an LPR port setu tp that printer), go ahead and
configure the NT printer for Appletalk and you don't have to worry about
the NT users capturing the port, they'll be able to print beautifully and
so will you.

BTW if you've already setup the ports on the NT stations and they are
capturing it, the only way I know how to undo it is to delete the port
and set it up again (a process that takes you all of 3 minutes at most).

BTW2 NT WILL allow you to share files through Appletalk.
