  I agree with Ed. Your best bet would be to pick up an HP external
JetDirect to share the printer. I'm sure if it will simultaneously share
across protocols, but it's worth checking out.
  With the configuration you are using, you are likely to run into a lot
of issues with the printer mysteriously disappearing from one or the
other network, and likely to see that guy's machine grind to a halt if
printer useage increases.
