[WinMac] Proxy Server Woes

I'm running an NT server using IIS4 and MS Proxy Server 2.0. I am also
running a mail server on the same machine. The IP address to the machine is
192.168.0.1, a private address. The machine also has an Internet address,
but my problem concerns computers directly connected to the network. When I
try to check mail on the local server, everything works properly. When I
try to check mail on any outside server, I can't get through to the server.
This occurs both on the Macs and the PCs. The PCs, however, enable me to
specify a proxy server. The mac programs don't, so I'm sort of dead in the
water.

Help!
