[WinMac] digest size and other administrativia

Hi everyone,
First, I just received a bounce message from an account on juno.com
because the digest was larger than 64K. I could limit digest size to 32K,
in which case people who have subscribed in digest mode will receive as
many 32K digests as it takes to cover all of the day's accumulated messages.
What do you think?
Second, this Saturday, Aug. 22, from 7am to 7pm, the electricity
will be turned off in the building in which xerxes runs, so the list will
not function during that time!
