Brad,

Before you spend time reformatting and reinstalling as was suggested, try
this instead. Find the invisible file Appleshare PDS on the "root" of the
hard drive and delete it. This is where the request for the disk is
probably coming from. At the same time I think I would delete the
AppleShare prep in the preferences folder.

If you need any help with either of these please let me know.

As far as Sharing Setup, that was the name in OS7.X. The new name is File
Sharing and its preferences file is named File Sharing CP prefs. Trash
these as well.

On a side note to the list: You work with what you have and works for your
application. We risk flames if your knee jerk reaction is to say "Switch to
..., Its much better." That may be true in your case but not in everyone
elses.
