Dear Daniel:

You can get it from Microsoft directly at:
<ftp://198.105.232.37/fixes/usa/nt40/hotfixes-postSP3/sfm-fix/>; or choose
your country at:
<ftp://198.105.232.37/fixes/>. It fixes the jumping icon issues; and I
believe this is the second SFM HotFix. I'll post the text of the SFM
directory below.

Also, printing to your LW360 has nothing to do with the LocalTalk
connection; or more appropriately lack of an ethernet connection. You *must*
set up your "Page Setup," "Document Setup," and/or "Print" dialog boxes to
send the jobs to the NT Spooler as an ASCII file -- Not as the MacOS
*default* binary file
