Unfortunately I don't have an answer, but I'm running the EXACT same
scenario: LaserWriter Select 360 plugged in to NT box through parallel
cable, printing from PCs is beautiful, printing from Macs gets first page
printed, subsequent pages are raw PS data. I'm also running services for
Macintosh.

No answer yet.
