[WinMac] NT/Mac print problems

We have a bit of weird solutions that I need a bit of help with.
In our scholl division we have 16 schools - each of which has Macs in the
offices. Along with these mac we have a LaserWriter Select 360 in each
office. We just recently added a 10T network in order for the macs to
access the internet. We are also adding an WinNT server to do the
following:
File server
Laserprinter server
run a basic accounting package
The macs will be using the NT machine through Timbuktu to run the
accounting package. The problem is printing from the mac to the printer.
If I set the printer up as a shared device through NT (this allows me to
use the printer over 10T) I can print text to it but I can't print large
postscript files. All I get is the raw postscript out the printer. I
have tried using some of the HP print drivers with mixed succes. I have
also tried this from multiple macs to make sure it wasn't just one
computer.
The printer is hooked directly to the NT server and Macintosh services
are running. I have appleshare volumes setup and they work correctly.
The timbuktu even works great (this allows us to have the server be
headless and without keyboard.
Any ideas on how to fix this would be appreciated.
