There are some VPC installation routes that don't give you everything you
should get - try reinstalling VPC as a Custom Install - go for the 150MB
disk and of course include VPC extras, moving your prv. VPC 2 prefs out of
harm's way, ditto your old VPC folder. If the new install works, then
something mangled your first VPC install, if not then it is something in
your Mac system software - but even the std. VPC 2.0 install allows shared
folders... There are some bugs in the upgrade process certainly - I cannot
get my emulated Ethernet card to work, but the folder sharing always works..
(I do recall one occasion when I had to use the VPC Edit/Preferences menu
to share folders, not the tab at the bottom of the VPC Window, but I forget
why I had to do it..)
