In the back of most industry publications(Macweek, PCWeek, etc.), you'll
find ads for data recovery services.

You can also do web search on the phrase "Data Recovery"

The ones I have heard the most about, I've never used one. I learned my
lesson early.

Ontrack Data Recovery: The best (So I've read) , but expensive, they are all
expensive, but then again, your data is probably worth a LOT.

http://www.ontrack.com They even have free diagnostic software (I think),
and can do remote recovery.
