Many thanks to all who responded, especially Matt Harris for suggesting the
Xenographics software Postscript interpreter. Now, where can I FIND
Xenographics - they seem to amazingly elusive to both the UK software
retailers and in all the WWW search engines I trawled - the nearest match I
got was a tel. no. for Xenographics Tech Support re. a program called
Super-Q, with no Internet address and who may or may not be the same
company (OK they probably are the same people but this makes a salutary
point about the edges of our supposed global village...
To Xenographics, if you are listening:- Did you know that such few
references to you that I DID find have led me to personal home pages
without the remotest connection to printing, pre-press, Postscript.
Is someone trying to sever all Xenographics' links to the Net ?....
