Sure.

Check out www.dataviz.com. Or if you have network server that supports
both platforms then it's just a copy to server and back. If you don't and
you have PC Exchange the PC formated Jaz or Zip disk can be read by the Mac.

I've made both PC and Mac CDs and there are some things to keep in mind.

1. PCs will need a three letter extension *.gif, *.jpg, etc. to identify
the file with the program.

2. Unless you make it a Mac formated CD (and you make it on a Mac system)
you'll loose the resource fork which is how the Macs link the file to the
program. Macs can read the PC formated CD but resource fork won't be
there. For a lot of files that's not a real big problem for some however
it makes them unopenable.

3. If you don't mind the loosing half the CD's disk space you can create a
dual partition, one half for the Mac files one half for the PC files. Put
the same files on both partitions but that's got to be done on a Mac system.
