[WinMac] Mac "zip" jpgs disks in a PC zip, will they open?

Can I put the Mac disks(full of jpg files) in the PC desktop?

Is there a "pc exchange" in the windows 95/98 world?

I then would like to make a copy on a cd burner so "both" Mac and PC
machines would work.. Tips?

I can get a better deal on a PC CD burner due to a store credit.
