NT, Win 3.x, Win '95 & Win '98: SAMBA
http://samba.gorski.net/samba/samba.html , Allows Unix to act as an NT
server, using the SMB protocol. (Netbios over TCP/IP)

Macintosh: NetAtalk ,http://www.umich.edu/~rsug/netatalk/ Implements
Appletalk. There is a patch to enable Appleshare/IP server

I use both on our Linux Server with GREAT performance, best of all they are
free
