MIME digests

Hi everyone,

        I have switched the list so that digests are sent in MIME format.
This really gives us the best of both worlds: all the messages from the day
are sent in one "package," but to your email program (assuming it is
MIME-compatible), all of the messages will be distinct, allowing you to
save and respond to individuals ones at will.

        The *next* digest (i.e this one) should be in MIME format.

        Let me know what you think.
