Hello,
I'm new to the list and happy to have found it.
Stefan Curl asked:

On the Mac, the Internet Config utility has an extensive list of Win-Mac
file mappings. So does the commercial utility called DOS Mounter. So
does the Control Panel "PC Exchange". The Preference file for all three
can be opened with Can Opener, BBEdit Lite, or probably with other
similar text editors. With some editing, they could be turned into a
usable text file or spreadsheet. I have a text file someone already made
of his own personal mappings he has set in Internet Config. These
preference files are extensive enough to give you a good head start.
