If you install Macintosh Services on the NT server (you can do it as a
custom install), then the NT server will look just like any other AFP
server. You'll have to do some hoop jumping to get the Mac security
priviledges setup, but once that is done, you *should* be able to
continue to use At Ease on the Macs.
