Subject: Mac login on NT Server

I am the computer systems administrator at a fairly small high school,
and am wondering about how I am going to handle Macs on our new NT
server.
On our win98 machines, each student must log in with their username and
password at the beginning of a session, and then they are assigned a
folder on the server. This is all done transparently.
How do I get the same effect on a Mac? I certainly don't want to teach
a thousand students how to use the chooser to access their folder on the
server...
The Macs used to be hooked up to a Mac server and we used At Ease to
force them to log in at the beginning of each session. Then they could
save to their folder on the server, and only their folder. They
couldn't access anybody elses files and they couldn't save or read to
their computers hard drive. I would like to achieve the same effect now
that they are hooked to the NT server.
Any suggestions?
Thanks
