Looking for Mac utilities for WinNT Server

Hi,

We are an in-house graphics department with 29 Macs and a Novell Netware
4.10 file server. We have just finished transitioning to a Microsoft NT
4.0 Server. Does NT have any Macintosh utilities like Netware has and
if so where are they hiding them? Where are all the Macintosh utilities
that I've grown to love and use over the years?
With Netware Tools from my Mac I can check the Netware print queues and
release held jobs. I can also send short messages to other users and
change file and folder attributes. With the Netware Notify extension
loaded I'm notified when my print job has printed. With Remote Console
I can access the server itself provided I have MacIPX loaded.
I don't know of anyway to do any of this with the NT Server and the
people on the NT lists don't seem to know much about Macs (no surprise
there) so I'm hoping someone here does.
