[WinMac] Formatting Flash Drives

I've been using a flash drive (256Mb TinyDisk) for some months around
home and our office - its been great and I should be working on
commission based on how many people have gone out and bought one
after seeing mine in action!

Recently I've had the need to use it on a few PCs (2000/XP) - I have
tried formatting it as FAT32 (as XP/2000 won't see a HFS+ format
drive) and it works fine on the PC but some files just won't copy to
it under OS X (I suspect it is some .app files and other odd file
structures.)

Anyone got a solution? Ideally I'd like to keep it as one partition
or failing that, how do I create 2 partitions, one FAT32 and the
other HFS+ on the same flash drive?

Cheers, Antony.
