Brian, seems to me that for your address book at least, you really
ought to just be able to export everything as comma or tab-separated,
and import it into Excel or whatever spreadsheet you've got , and
then drag/cut/paste the various columns around until they line-up
right for import into your cross-platform solution.

I don't think anything is going to convert all of these things for you
automagically, but if this is just a one-time import, it's probably
worth the time to consolidate it in a spreadsheet and do it right.
