    There should be a mail folder in that location, which will contain 2
    files for each folder folder_name and folder_name.mst

    But if they're not showing there, look for a folder called Mail on your
    hard drive...they should be in there.

    Note: if you iuse an IMAP instead of a POP mail server, your mail does
    not, in fact, reside on your computer, but on the server.

    To get these mail files in that case you will have to create local
    folders, and copy all the mail into them.
