[mac-nt] OS X and W2K AD for Address Book only

We don't need/want to authenticate with the W2K AD for logging in,
we just want to access the LDAP services so that we can lookup e-mail
addresses.

Unfortunately AD apparently doesn't allow for anonymous access to this
info. Has anybody figured out how to set up the Directory Services
within OS X to properly authenticate with the LDAP server *just for
lookups*, not authentication?
