Try Zapping the PRAM.

Also, as someone else mentioned, check you RAM:

  - If you have only one chip, move it to the other slot
  - If you have two:
    - Try swapping them.
    - Remove one. If it boots without it, that one's bad.
    - If it still doesn't boot, put the first one back and remove the other one.
