You can back up PCs from Macs, I do it every day. The reverse is possible
too but I have no personal experience with it. The only possible problem
I'm aware of is that you have to use the included registry backup tool to
back up the registry on a PC if you're backing it up from a Mac. If you
back up a PC from a PC, I think the registry backup is done more
automatically.
