[WinMac] PWSTEAL Trojan horse.

Hi again,

My daughter has picked up the PWSTEAL.TROJAN.9558 as Norton (Win) AntiVirus
reports it. The program was unable to remove the trojan horse, which is in
the DIALPWD.EXE file (Win 98 SE), but it has quarantined it. I have looked at
the Symantec site and found some very basic info, but nothing about what the
trojan horse does.

Does anyone know what the DIALPWD.exe file does? With the system disturbances
my daughter is experiencing, I assume that it must be important, but...
Symantec talks about having to edit the registry and I have never done this.
Does anyone have any advice on any of these issues? I assume my daughter
picked up the trojan horse from an mp3 or jpg file, but I have no idea what
to tell her to avoid.

Cheers,

Brian
