I don't think so, other than using the Win2k software to administer your
base station. Apple's 802.11 implementation is pretty bog-standard.

Having multiple gateways shouldn't be a problem, since the base station
is acting as a router. The Win2k box is the only one seeing both
segments of the network if it's set up properly (the base station should
be doing NAT for the wireless clients connectin to the other network)
And since it's got two network interfaces all is hunky and dory.
