Robert,

Since you obviously have CRT's sitting around already, the most you should need is
an adapter to get those screens to work on the imac.

Keep your old large screens around to avoid the eye strain, but get the new imacs
for the joy of working with a Mac . . . even if not a high end mac . . . it may
seem like.
