Hello again,

I am now officially migrating from my UMAX Pulsar to my new PC (Win
2k). My e-mail has lately been Power Mail. It can export in a number of
formats, including tabulated text, UNIX boxes and Eudora boxes, as
well as Netscape. However, I am unsure as to how to proceed, both because
I don't know what extensions these files should have when transferred
to Win 2k, but also because when trying to import, I get prompted
  for specific directories.

Aren't UNIX or Eudora based files (boxes) one file in the Win
versions of programs that use them, or am I simply being prompted
for the location of the file(s)?

I also have e-mails that I would like to export from Outlook
Express/Entourage (Mac) as well. What should I export them as and is
the procedure the same as for the above?

I did have an archive of messages on the list about some of these
issues, but lost them in my Mac system crash a while back. Can
anyone on the list give me a clear, concise explanation for a
  relatively new Win user?
