Yes.

Keep several drives on hand with different OS'es on them. Disassemble
your computer and install the drive you want to boot from. Reassemble
your computer. Boot.

There are programs that allow booting from different partitions, such as
LILO, but I'm not sure if they allow you to spec different disks...

Windows NT will allow you to have a Windows 98 partition and an NT
partition and allow you to choose at boot time.
