We've been using Web Event for web calendaring this year. So far, so good.
They have a new product called WebEvent Team:

"WebEvent Team is a fully scalable enterprise-wide collaboration tool,
providing the features of traditional groupware products at a fraction of
the cost. Includes Palm and Outlook synchronization, news feeds, a database
back-end, and so much more. Check out the impressive list of features built
into WebEvent Team."

I haven't tried WebEvent Team yet; that will be a summer project for me.
