Try panda antivirus.

It's a very useful network antivirus, it includes the win nt
server, exchange, proxy, iis and workstation protection on your network, with
antivirus upgrades via internet daily. We use it for 3 years already.

We use Groupshield from NAI for our fileservices, and we use their Exchange
virus control package as well to keep an eye on attachments and email.
