I have a related question... using only the current Mac OS, is there a
way to have shares mount on boot,
    without entering a password?
    Thanx.

We deleted the folder altogether and made a blank SimpleText document
    called
Servers, put that in the the System Folder and locked it. The System
    Folder
needs something called Servers, but not necessarily an unlocked folder.
    Works great.
