    In the newer MacOS, there exists in the system folder a folder
    labeled "Servers."

    Inside the "Servers" folder are installed alias files for the
    servers. These aliases are created when the auto sign-on blocks are
    checked. Drag those aliases from the "Servers" folder into the
    trash, empty the trash, and the problem is solved.

    No, that's not right, the problem is not really solved until folks
    who're signing on stop checking those insipid little boxes!
