Another trouble spot with an NT spooler - Especially with large color jobs
when the users place a hi-res TIFF file - is when the spool file resides on too
small a partition. By default, NT4 puts it on the same partition as the
%SystemRoot% folder; while in Win2k it's buried about 5 or 6 folders deep
    inside the %SystemRoot% folder.

To move the Spool folder to a large volume in both NT4 & Win2k, open up the
Printers folder -> File -> Server Properties -> Advanced -> Spool folder; then
change it to something like G:\Spool

            Cheers!
