If you do not have enough memory, your system will not attempt
to launch the browser while the email program is loaded.
Check your system resources while both programs are loaded.
You may need to increase your virtual memory.
Also, make sure you don't have any other apps running when you
have 1 browser and Eudora running. This may give you adequete
headroom.
