Solved the problem - another one that is so simple once you decipher the
lingo. The choices on the Connection screen are dial-up or DNS. Since DNS
is necessary in either case I kind of assumed that it was referring to local
DNS that routed to another server -- It was not obvious to me that DNS meant
SMTP - but it does! All is well and real time now!
