    I don't know how many file need to be transferred, but what about using an
    IMAP account? You download with the one computer and upload with the other.
    Try http://www.mailandnews.com I have been quite satisfied to use this when
    needed. It also works for transferring OE/Entourage e-mail to a PC or vice
    versa.
