I keep the utilities on bootable CD's. This way you don't have to license
the software for all of your computers. Each department has a backup copy
of it. It is only run on one computer at a time, so there are no licensin
issues for more than 1 machine having the software loaded. It also prevents
the wrong version from being loaded on the wrong machine.
