What I tried was:

Click <a href="file:///c:\winnt\system32\rdisk.exe">here</a> to create
an Emergency Repair Disk. </font>

but it just tried to download the file instead of executing the file.
Also tried an embed tag but that failed too. BTW, this is with
Netscape, not Outlook or IE.
