Hey Rita.
I have a G4/450 that used to drop off the network a bunch. (We have an
internal network, and I've got a local hub running to three machines in my
office.)
After much confusion, and a suggestion from some now un-remembered tech
note somewhere, I installed "Duplexer10half" into my Extensions folder.
It seems that of my three machines, two were connecting at 10, and my G4
was trying to connect at 100. For some reason, the other two were killing
the connection with the G4. I slowed down the G4 to 10, and it works fine
now... Hasn't dropped the connection since installing that item.
I don't know if this will help or not, but its all i've got...
