Well, here is an update on my situation. I have found out that the the
Celvin has an Award BIOS. I found the right key combo for the BIOS
(CTRL-ALT-ESC) at http://www.phoenix.com/ The BIOS states that it is set:
CDROM, C. However, it still doesn't boot from the CD-ROM. I am beginning to
think that there is some special key combination that must be pressed to get
the Celvin to boot from a CD, but I haven't got a clue as to what it is.
