    depends on the Number of users. We have a few hundred in all, so we use a
    Cisco 3xxx router with 2 t-1 (PRI) giving us 46 "modems" that support 56K
    and ISDN dial up. If supports Full AppleTalk and IP...but that is a major
    solution ($30K). There are many other low cost Dial up equipment that many
    users here should be able to guide you to.
