    Not for what you're wanting to do. You'll never notice it. In fact I
    just looked at a computer with a Celeron chip last week and it seemed
    quite fast. The main thing you're wanting to do is to see how IE or
    Netscape display your web pages and for that even an older slow computer
    would be fine. Of course you probably already know that the fonts are
    going to appear larger viewed on a PC then they do on the Mac.
