    If he's just networking other Windows boxes, they don't need IP, just
    NetBEUI. Enable Netbeui on the dial-up ethernet card, and disable tcp/ip
    for it. Now so long as all the computers have unique network names, it's
    almost as easy as using Appletalk on Macs...;-)

    Then the other boxes should be able to see it, and it should be able to
    use the dialup for internet use.
